Terms and Conditions *	I accept the terms and conditions.I understand I can visit the Jam Factory and view the desk space before committing to payment. After I make my monthly payment, 30 days notice is required if I will not continue. I understand that a 5% late fee will be applied to overdue balances after 14 days.
Health Precautions	Yes, if I have any signs of a cold, runny nose, fever or cough or I am sick at all, I will take precautions and I will not come to the Jam Factory.
Cleaning shared spaces	I will be responsible for cleaning all dishes, appliances and shared spaces that I use. I will be responsible for keeping my own desk clean, and will eat and keep food stored in the kitchen area.I will follow all instructions for sanitation provided in call rooms and shared spaces and ventilate where possible.
Would you like to add a Yoga Pass to your membership?	$40/month for 1 class/week Classes are held on Tuesday from 5:15-6:15 PM. Space limited to 8 people/class, and your first class is free.
